2nd Story Addition & Remodel in San Jose - 1,800 sq ft

Critchfield Construction, Inc. completely remodeled and expanded the original house. The whole interior of the home was stripped. Only the finest surfaces and materials were used, including marble, limestone, special beech hardwood floors, & natural wool carpeting. The custom-designed heating system is a twin unit system featuring separate zones. This project included “Green” products and equipment such as: Durable roof coverings, Energy efficient low e-windows and glass, Recycled wood products & composites, Energy Star appliances & light fixtures, Pre-assembled engineered wood systems, High quality insulations & sealers, Low “VOC” flooring & paint, with properly sized mechanicals.
